Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a senior geotechnical leader to deliver complex geotechnical services across multidisciplinary projects, from feasibility through construction. You will provide technical leadership, guide analysts, and mentor engineers and geologists to strengthen our Ground Engineering capability.

With 15+ years in geotechnical engineering and experience on ANZ projects, you will drive technical excellence, manage client relationships, and contribute to large transport and infrastructure

Qualifications

• 15+ years geotechnical engineering experience.
• Strong technical capability with leading and reviewing complex geotechnical design.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and driving client-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of geotechnical services across multidisciplinary projects from feasibility to construction.
• Provide technical leadership on complex geotechnical problems using PLAXIS, GeoStudio and Rocscience.
• Mentor and guide engineers and geologists to grow the Ground Engineering team's capability.
