You will lead engineers, set standards, manage portfolios, and provide cross-functional guidance in geospatial, surveying, and data acquisition.

The role emphasizes strategic alignment with corporate plans, risk management, and mentorship to build a culture of excellence across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, preferring Geodetic Engineering or Civil Engineering with surveying/geospatial focus.
• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience with leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Licensing as Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer with surveying credentials is preferred.
• Geospatial certifications (GNSS, LiDAR, photogrammetry) advantageous.
• Experience in drone/UAS, surveying, or data acquisition across projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan in collaboration with Head of Global Innovation and Technology Delivery.
• Lead engineers and Team Leads, manage performance and succession planning.
• Oversee project portfolios, ensure technical deliverables meet standards, manage risks.
• Provide integration expertise across systems, manufacturing, UAS, and surveying.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safety and quality programs.
