Job summary

Planate Management Group in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales, Philippines, is seeking a senior leader to oversee engineering delivery across geospatial, drone/UAS, and surveying domains, aligning regional programs with corporate strategy.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, compliance, and quality, and drive portfolio management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement for internal initiatives and client programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; geodetic or civil with surveying emphasis preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience including aerial survey (UAS LiDAR).
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer preferred; hydrographic survey certification desirable.
• UAS pilot certification preferred; GNSS/LiDAR certifications advantageous.
• Geospatial expertise across aerial LiDAR, photogrammetry, and survey methods.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and standards: Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan; establish procedures, KPIs, and drive adoption of emerging technologies.
• Team leadership and development: Lead engineers and team leads, manage performance and succession planning, mentor staff.
• Program oversight and technical guidance: Oversee project portfolios, ensure deliverables meet standards, manage risks, integrate systems across hardware, software, and field operations.
• Compliance, safety, and stakeholder engagement: Ensure regulatory compliance, uphold safety and quality programs, engage executives and clients.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
