Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a Senior Leader to drive a cross-border geospatial program, overseeing strategy, teams, and delivery of drone/UAS, surveying, and data acquisition initiatives. The role requires deep regulatory knowledge and a track record in complex, multidisciplinary projects.

You will lead engineers and team leads, ensure high standards, and coordinate with executives across regional and global programs. Subic Bay area location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with geospatial specialization preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience in geospatial fields.
• Experience in aerial survey operations (UAS LiDAR, photogrammetry) desired.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer with surveying credentials preferred.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and standards: shape vision, roadmaps, KPIs, and adopt emerging tech.
• Team leadership: guide engineers, manage performance, mentor staff.
• Program oversight: manage project portfolios, ensure quality and integration.
• Compliance and safety: ensure regulatory compliance, engage stakeholders.
• Coordinate across hardware, software, and field operations across regions.
