Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to configure, maintain, and support the enterprise contact center and UC environment. You will manage cloud telephony, architect flows, and collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable voice services.

The role requires 5–8 years in contact center/UC support, familiarity with SOC/FDA/PCI/HIPAA, and a Bachelor’s in a technical field. Competitive benefits and global growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.

Responsibilities

Deploy, Configure and Support all aspects of the Genesys Cloud customer contact center platform.
Performance Workspace Reports for queues, agents, and DNIS; design, build and maintain configurations.
Manage Genesys Cloud Voice services, DID inventory, BYOC SIP trunking, and carrier connectivity.
Identify, diagnose and resolve SaaS, cloud, telephony, and voice network issues; communicate fixes to stakeholders.
Develop monitoring, alerting, and analytics; leverage Cyara and ResolveAX when applicable.
Drive automation using Genesys APIs, Genesys CX as Code, Python, Terraform, and AI-driven insights.
Ensure security standards and regulatory compliance for endpoints and communications.
Collaborate with IT, Network, Security, and Service Desk teams; lead projects end-to-end.
