Job summary
Dexcom Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to configure, maintain, and support the enterprise Contact Center environment. The role centers on administering Genesys Cloud, cloud telephony, and voice networks, working with carriers and cloud vendors to ensure reliable service.
A Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years UC/Contact Center experience are typical, with ITIL, TCP/IP, and carrier experience highly valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- Typically 5–8 years related UC/CC experience.
- Genesys Cloud Professional/Developer certifications are desirable.
- Experience supporting carrier circuits (POTS, PRI, T1, VOIP, SIP).
- Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge and security awareness.
- Experience with AD/OKTA/LDAP authentication systems.
- ITIL knowledge for incident, problem and change management.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and support all aspects of Genesys Cloud CC.
- Admin configuration: users, roles, queues, routes, dashboards.
- Design, build and maintain Architect flows and call routing.
- Manage Genesys Cloud Voice, DID inventory and carrier connectivity.
- Collaborate with carriers, cloud vendors and service providers.
- Identify and resolve SaaS, cloud, telephony issues with remediation plans.
