Job summary
Dexcom Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to configure, maintain, and support the enterprise Contact Center environment. A Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years UC/Contact Center experience are typical, with ITIL, TCP/IP, and carrier experience highly valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- Typically 5–8 years related UC/CC experience.
- Genesys Cloud Professional/Developer certifications are desirable.
- Experience supporting carrier circuits (POTS, PRI, T1, VOIP, SIP).
- Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge and security awareness.
- Experience with AD/OKTA/LDAP authentication systems.
- ITIL knowledge for incident, problem and change management.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and support all aspects of Genesys Cloud CC.
- Admin configuration: users, roles, queues, routes, dashboards.
- Design, build and maintain Architect flows and call routing.
- Manage Genesys Cloud Voice, DID inventory and carrier connectivity.
- Collaborate with carriers, cloud vendors and service providers.
- Identify and resolve SaaS, cloud, telephony issues with remediation plans.
