Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to configure, maintain, and support the Genesys Cloud contact center platform. You’ll manage cloud telephony, routing, and dashboards, while collaborating with carriers to ensure reliable voice services.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, automation, and adherence to ITIL practices in a hybrid work environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in contact center/UC support and possess Genesys Cloud certifications; familiarity with Cyara and

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
5+ years in contact center/UC support or related field.
Genesys Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
Experience deploying carrier circuits (POTS, PRI, T1, VOIP, SIP).
Strong TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of AD/OKTA/LDAP and ITIL practices.
