Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
- 5+ years in contact center/UC support or related field.
- Genesys Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience deploying carrier circuits (POTS, PRI, T1, VOIP, SIP).
- Strong TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of AD/OKTA/LDAP and ITIL practices.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the Genesys Cloud contact center.
- Administer cloud telephony, queues, routing, schedules, dashboards.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors for voice services.
- Diagnose incidents, communicate impacts, and implement fixes.
- Develop monitoring and automation using APIs and IaC.
