Job summary
Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to configure, maintain, and support the enterprise Contact Center environment. The role focuses on administration of cloud platforms, troubleshooting with vendors and carriers, and maintaining secure, compliant telephony services.
You will design and maintain Genesys Cloud configurations, manage voice services, and drive automation using APIs and Terraform. This role requires 4–5+ years in contact center/UC support, and strong ITIL and network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
- 5–8 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Genesys Cloud Professional and/or Developer certifications desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and support Genesys Cloud customer contact center platform.
- Admin configuration of users, roles, permissions, queues, skills, routes, and data tables.
- Manage Genesys Cloud Voice services, DID inventory, BYOC SIP trunking, and carrier connectivity.
- Collaborate with telecom carriers, cloud vendors, and service providers to maintain voice services.
- Perform issue identification, diagnosis, root cause analysis and remediation planning.
- Develop monitoring, alerting, and performance analytics for Contact Center and UC platforms.
