Job summary

Dexcom, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, seeks a Senior Telecom Engineer to configure, maintain, and support the enterprise Contact Center environment. You will administer Genesys Cloud, manage voice networks, and coordinate with carriers and cloud vendors to ensure reliable service.

The role requires 4–5 years in CC/UC support, familiarity with Genesys Cloud, and experience with automation via Python/Terraform.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Contact Center and UC support.
• Genesys Cloud Professional and/or Genesys Cloud Developer certifications desirable.
• Experience with carrier circuit deployments (POTS, PRI, T1, VOIP, SIP).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP network protocols.
• Experience with AD, OKTA and LDAP authentication systems.
• Strong ITIL knowledge for incident, problem, and change management.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and support the Genesys Cloud customer contact center platform.
• Manage Genesys Cloud Voice services, DID inventory, BYOC SIP trunking, and carrier connectivity.
• Collaborate with telecom carriers, cloud vendors, and service providers to maintain reliable voice services.
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate remediation plans to stakeholders.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, performance analytics, and capacity planning for Contact Center and UC platforms.
• Drive automation using Genesys APIs, Terraform, and Python.
