Aufgaben

• Timely preparation and completeness of subsidiary ledgers
• Prepare and submit monthly reconciliation of SL vs GL
• Record treasury transactions including loans, interests, and money market placements
• Ensure complete and accurate entries for receipts and payments
• Prepare and record monthly accounting adjustments (journal vouchers)
• Review monthly bank reconciliation results
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial report package for the Parent Company
• Budget & Cost Management: validate purchase requests against budget and obtain approvals in Oracle; coordinate unbudgeted requests; evaluate department budgets; assist in annual and mid-year budget reports
• Regulatory Compliance: prepare requirements for business permits and renewal of certificate of registration

Responsibilities

1. Timely preparation and completeness of subsidiary ledgers;
2. Prepare and submit monthly result of account reconciliation (i.e. SL vs. GL);
3. Ensure complete and accurate recording of treasury-related transactions such as loans, interests, and money market placements;
4. Ensure completeness and accuracy of entries related to receipts and payments
5. Prepare and record monthly accounting adjustments (i.e., journal vouchers)
6. Review results of monthly bank reconciliation
7. Prepare monthly /quarterly /annual financial report package of the Parent Company
8. Budget & Cost Management:
   • Validate purchase requests against budget and initiates approval in Oracle system
   • Coordinate unbudgeted requests
   • Evaluate budgetary requirements of each department
   • Assist in the preparation of Company's annual and mid-year budget reports
9. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Prepare requirements to facilitate application for business permits and renewal of certificate of registration

Minimum Qualifications

1. Graduate of BS Accountancy
2. CPA Board Passer
3. With 6 years’ experience in the same role
4. With established foundation and experience in the overall general accounting functions, including taxation, financial reporting and administration/ management of accounting system
5. Experience in property management of similar industry is a plus
6. Has strong analytical, good communication skills and has the ability to manage various tasks and deadlines
7. Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
