Key Responsibilities
Journal Entries: Prepare and post all entries (adjustments, accruals, amortizations) with proper documentation.
General Ledger: Maintain and review ledger accuracy and classifications; reconcile sub-ledgers as needed.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile statements; investigate variances and unreconciled items.
Month/Year-End Close: Lead/assist close processes; ensure timely reporting and audit readiness.
Financial Statements: Prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow; assist internal/external reporting.
BIR Compliance: Prepare/file VAT and monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns; monitor regulatory changes.
Intercompany: Record and reconcile related-party transactions; manage affiliate dues/settlements.
Audit Support: Provide schedules and respond to auditor inquiries; close corrective actions.
