The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting and strong Excel skills, with CPA being an advantage though not required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record accounting entries accurately and on time.

• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in budget monitoring and expense analysis.

• Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Coordinate with various departments regarding accounting-related concerns.

• Monitor asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and retirements.

• Assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts and asset verification.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA License is an advantage but not required

• At least 2 years of accounting experience is an advantage but not required.

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
