Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our GenAI application team. You will own end-to-end delivery, ensure scalable, reliable, production-ready systems and mentor peers on best practices.

You’ll design frontend with React/TypeScript, build Python-backed services, and implement GenAI features like RAG, AI Agents, and MCP, while leveraging AWS ECS/Bedrock and observability to drive high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Senior Full Stack/Technical Lead with enterprise app experience.
• Hands-on GenAI production development beyond PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver features across frontend, backend and cloud.
• Architect scalable, production-grade enterprise solutions.
• Own production incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Improve systems through refactoring, deployments and observability.
• Develop frontend with React and TypeScript.
• Build backend services using Python.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities: RAG, AI Agents, MCP.
• Work with AWS to deploy and optimize cloud apps.
• Set engineering standards and review code.
• Mentor via code reviews, pairing and design talks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality software.
