You’ll design frontend with React/TypeScript, build Python-backed services, and implement GenAI features like RAG, AI Agents, and MCP, while leveraging AWS ECS/Bedrock and observability to drive high-impact results.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a GenAI application team. This is not a ticket‑execution role—it is suited for a senior engineer or technical lead who can solve complex technical challenges, set engineering standards through example, and elevate the team's capabilities through mentorship and technical guidance.

You will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact features, owning production systems, and ensuring applications are scalable, reliable, and production‑ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver complex features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Architect and implement scalable, production‑grade solutions for enterprise applications.
• Own production incident response by investigating logs, telemetry, and traces to identify and resolve root causes efficiently.
• Improve and productionalize existing systems by refactoring code, strengthening deployment processes, and enhancing observability.
• Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python.
• Design and integrate GenAI capabilities, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Work with AWS services to deploy, manage, and optimize cloud‑based applications.
• Review code, establish engineering standards, and ensure best development practices are followed.
• Mentor team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar role.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting enterprise‑scale production applications.
• Hands‑on experience developing and supporting production GenAI applications beyond proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Strong backend development experience using Python.
• Experience implementing LLM orchestration patterns such as:
  1. Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
  2. AI Agents
  3. Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with AWS cloud services, including:
  1. ECS
  2. Bedrock
  3. DynamoDB
  4. OpenSearch
  5. Aurora PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, deployment pipelines, environment configuration, and application observability.
• Proven experience troubleshooting production issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Experience mentoring developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Employment Details

Contract Duration: Minimum of 6 months

Shift: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

Work Setup: Hybrid

• 3 days onsite per week
