Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing, building, and triaging large, complex systems.
• Strong Java and OO design experience.
• 5+ years of microservices development.
• 3+ years working with Spring Boot.
• Experience with API dev tools (IDEs, Postman, Git, Cucumber).
• Hands-on microservices with Spring Boot, REST, JSON.
• DevOps familiarity: containers, cloud, automation, CI/CD, Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Offshore Engineers and deliver AI initiatives.
• Build backend services in Spring Boot and Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django) with clean APIs and background jobs.
• Develop user interfaces with React or Angular; collaborate on UX and components.
• Own quality with PyTest, integration tests, and contract tests; enable CI automation.
• Ship GenAI features: prompts, tools, memories, and RAG pipelines; orchestrate agentic systems.
• Productionize AI with guardrails for safety, compliance, observability, and fallback strategies.
