Job summary

NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Full Stack Engineer to join our Metro Manila technology team. You will design, develop, and deploy innovative generative AI solutions spanning frontend interfaces and backend systems leveraging LLMs.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate AI requirements into production-ready systems, implement prompt engineering best practices, and drive AI initiatives across the stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with 3+ years in generative AI.
• Strong frontend (React/Vue/Angular) and backend (Python/Node.js/Java) skills.
• Expertise integrating large language models and AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full stack GenAI solutions across frontend and backend.
• Develop and optimize backend services and APIs integrating AI models.
• Create intuitive interfaces to present AI-generated content.
• Architect scalable, high-volume systems with performance in mind.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers on AI requirements.
• Establish coding standards and conduct code reviews for GenAI work.
• Stay updated on GenAI tech and recommend adoption when suitable.
