Job summary

Orin Global is seeking a mid-level CSR fundraising professional to identify opportunities, engage funders, and move conversations toward funded engagements. You will build relationships with CSR heads, sustainability officers, and foundation programme managers.

The role requires 3–5 years in CSR fundraising or grant management, proven independently initiated conversations with corporate funders, and strong written and verbal communication. You will work with NGOs and maintain CRM records daily.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in CSR fundraising, institutional business development or grant management.
• Has independently initiated, not just supported, a conversation with a corporate CSR team or institutional funder.
• Understands Schedule VII of the Companies Act and how CSR works in practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication, clear, direct, no fluff.
• Comfortable with cold outreach without hand-holding.

What success looks like in this role

You have identified a funder, built the relationship from scratch, and moved the conversation to a funded engagement, without being told to follow up. That is the job!
