Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a meticulous Trade Entry professional to join our Fund Administration team in Makati. You will handle entry of trade activity across a global unit, ensuring timely and accurate processing while distributing investor communications and statements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with 2–4 years in corporate/ investment banking, and possess strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Mathematics, Quantity Survey, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking (fresh graduates may apply).
• Knowledge of hedge or mutual funds is an asset.
• Excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter trade activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines.
• Ensure high accuracy standards are maintained for the entry of trade activity.
• Distribute correspondence to investors including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements and other documents.
• Do Market Value Statements.
• Assist with other related duties as required.
• Maintain solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the processing of trades.
• Follow fund specific instructions/variables.
