Citco is seeking a senior Fund Accounting professional to join the Fund of Funds team. You will oversee administration, shadow accounting, bookkeeping, and the full trade life cycle for a portfolio of institutional clients.

You will sign off NAV calculations and financial statements, address issues with SVP, and coordinate onboarding, migrations, liquidations, and client reporting across locations. The role requires 10+ years in Financial Services, 6 years in people management, and deep

Competenze

Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation.
Experience in Financial Services, ideally with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting.
Experience managing staff (6+ years).
Hands-on experience across the full trade life cycle: booking, reconciliation, pricing, accounting and reporting.
Understanding of SPV structures and private equity fund concepts.

Mansioni

Oversee administration, shadow accounting, bookkeeping for a portfolio of institutional clients.
Oversee the entire trade life cycle, including trade booking, reconciliation, pricing, accounting and reporting.
Review and sign off NAV calculations, financial statements and related reports.
Escalate material issues affecting GAV/NAV production to Senior VP with detailed updates.
Maintain high-quality Fund Accounting service delivery for assigned clients.
Serve as primary contact for KPIs and KRIs relating to client deliverables.
Coordinate all Fund of Funds activities: new business, migrations, liquidations, and onboarding.
Drive resolution of complex transactions requiring policy interpretation.
Enable collaborative, stable, efficient service to clients and investors.
Identify training needs and manage pipeline capacity; engage stakeholders for hiring and training.
Work with stakeholders to maximize client profitability and monitor resource management.
Coordinate initiatives across Fund of Funds Management, Global Project Teams and Local Coordinators.
Contribute to system design requirements and departmental projects.
