Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Fund of Funds accounting for institutional clients. You will oversee administration, shadow accounting, and trade-cycle activities across multiple offices, ensuring accurate NAV computations and timely reporting.

As a senior representative, you will coordinate strategy with Global Project Teams and Local Coordinators, drive process improvements, and ensure efficient onboarding, migrations and client onboarding while partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in accounting, finance, economics or related designation.
• 10+ years in Financial Services with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting.
• 6 years’ experience managing staff.
• Hands-on experience across the trade life cycle: booking, reconciliation, pricing, accounting and reporting.
• Understand SPV structures.
• In-depth knowledge of private equity fund structures and investments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills—clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, shadow accounting, bookkeeping for institutional clients.
• Oversee the entire trade life cycle, including trade booking, reconciliation, pricing, accounting and reporting.
• Review and sign off NAV calculations, financial statements and related reports.
• Coordinate and manage Fund of Funds pipeline: new business, migrations, onboarding and liquidations.
• Resolve complex transactions requiring policy interpretation and timely escalation.
• Lead and develop the team, monitor capacity and training needs across locations.
