Job summary

Citco is a global leader in fund services, and this role supports the Fund of Funds Fund Accounting team in the Philippines. You will perform administration, shadow accounting, bookkeeping, and NAV calculations for institutional clients, with emphasis on reconciliations, accruals, and accurate bookkeeping.

You will maintain the general ledger and sub-ledgers, process capital activity, and prepare trial balances to support reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in accounting, finance, economics or professional designation.
• 2+ years in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Fund Accounting or related environments.
• Experience preparing NAV calculations, reconciliations, accruals and trial balances.
• Understanding of SPV structures in private equity.
• Experience managing client onboarding and multi-office teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration, shadow accounting, bookkeeping for institutional clients.
• Calculate NAVs, including reconciliations and accruals.
• Maintain books and records, including GL and sub-ledgers.
• Prepare cash and portfolio reconciliations and resolve differences.
• Process capital activity, including calls, distributions and transfers.
• Calculate administration, management and incentive fees.
• Prepare and review trial balances for financial reporting.
• Ensure timely client deliverables per SLAs.
• Support onboarding of new funds/clients and training Fund Accountants.
• Stay updated on best-practice policies and client agreements.
