Job summary

Alter Domus, a world-leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, is hiring in the Philippines. The role leads client relations and a multi-tier team to deliver fund administration services across Private Credit, Real Assets, and CLOs while driving operational excellence and staff development.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in asset management with 4–5 years of leadership, strong execution, and international collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years in asset management highly valued.
• 4 to 5 years of leadership experience required.
• Comprehensive understanding of fund administration process.
• Proficient in reviewing complex processes and managing escalated client issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team (Managers, Senior Officers, Officers) to meet client needs and delivery targets.
• Plan, prepare, and execute initiatives to establish and grow Private Credit, Real Assets, CLO teams.
• Ensure quality control across delivery, meet deadlines, and manage risks for clients.
• Develop and support team through training, adherence to procedures, and resource planning.
• Build internal/external relationships and drive knowledge sharing through training sessions.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency and engagement.
