Job summary

Alter Domus in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a senior leader to head client relations for its Private Credit, Real Assets and CLO teams within fund administration. You will lead managers, senior officers and officers to deliver high-quality service and drive team growth.

You will rely on extensive asset management experience, 4–5 years in leadership, and strong coaching, planning, and KPI monitoring to manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of experience in asset management, preferably within fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big Four.
• Knowledge of Private Credit, Real Assets, CLO.
• A minimum of 4 to 5 years of leadership experience is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of fund administration process.
• Proficient in reviewing complex processes, managing escalated client issues, and nurturing client relationships.
• Skilled in establishing and monitoring key performance metrics to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Happy to work as part of an international team; interest in a career in fund administration in Philippines and international offices.

Responsibilities

• Leads the pioneer team in planning, preparation, and hands-on execution for Private Credit, Real Assets, CLO teams.
• Leads with coaching, prioritization, and strong character to help the team perform and grow.
• Ensures quality control across delivery functions and meets deadlines.
• Acts as central contact for accounts to assess risks and provide solutions.
• Develops and supports the team with training and policy adherence.
• Builds and maintains internal and external relationships and leads training sessions.
• Ensures client deliverables are entered in workflow planner and resources are allocated.
• Supports internal reporting (compliance, internal audit, process documentation).
• Represents the team in handover/onboarding and provides guidance to stakeholders.
• Drives high-complexity projects and system/process changes; monitors KPIs and staff utilization.
