Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a senior leader in fund administration in the Philippines. You will manage a portfolio of clients, guide accountants, and ensure the financial monitoring of accounts while coordinating with auditors, law firms, and banks.

You will drive team performance, engage in internal projects, and develop robust client solutions across an international team, with a focus on growth and career development.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in asset management
• Strong knowledge of IFRS is a plus
• Excellent Excel and Word skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience leading teams
• Willing to work in an international team

Responsibilities

• Lead a client portfolio team to meet client needs and targets.
• Guide accounting controllers and perform final review.
• Identify risks and propose solutions for client accounts.
• Ensure operational control and financial monitoring including invoicing.
• Coordinate and validate work delivered by the team.
• Manage relationships with auditors, law firms, banks.
• Contribute to internal projects like product development and improvements.
