Job summary

Citco in Makati seeks a Financial Reporting professional to manage preparation and coordination of financial statements under GAAP/IFRS, liaising with clients and auditors.

The role supports the Fund Administration line, works with cross-functional teams, and requires 3 years external audit or equivalent financial reporting experience. This position offers a hybrid setup with 2–3 onsite days weekly and growth in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of external audit experience, preferably in asset management or financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• CPA welcomed; CPAs and non-CPAs may apply.
• Strong Excel and Word proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements per GAAP or IFRS.
• Prepare and review financial highlight disclosures and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of footnote disclosures by reviewing governing documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external auditors.
• Prepare regulatory reports and coordinate with local/global teams.
• Identify issues and escalate to supervisors or managers as needed.
• Assist coaching and development of training materials in financial reporting.
