Job summary

Citco is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to manage preparation and coordination of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. You will oversee client and auditor relationships, coordinate engagements, and ensure accurate footnote disclosures and regulatory submissions.

The role offers a hybrid setup with 2–3 onsite days per week in our Makati/Alabang/Clark offices. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accountancy with 4+ years in external audit or financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 4+ years external audit or financial reporting experience in financial services preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, asset management and financial reporting.
• CPA or non-CPA candidates welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Hybrid work setup with 2–3 days onsite per week in Makati/Alabang/Clark offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements under GAAP or IFRS.
• Coordinate engagements including planning, budgeting, client coordination and timelines.
• Ensure accuracy of footnote disclosures and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external auditors for year-end processes.
• Prepare regulatory reports and liaise with local and global teams for regulatory updates.
• Identify issues, investigate, and propose solutions to the team.
• Prepare engagement reports and client communications; participate in meetings and training.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals.
