Citco is seeking a Finance and Reporting professional to manage the preparation and coordination of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS. You will liaise with clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure accurate disclosures and timely submissions.

The role requires 4+ years in external audit or financial reporting within financial services, and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Hybrid work with 2–3 onsite days is available in Makati/Alabang/Clark.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• At least 4 years external audit experience or equivalent financial reporting experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, asset management, hedge funds, and financial reporting.
• CPA or non-CPA candidates welcomed to apply.

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation and coordination of annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements under GAAP or IFRS.
• Coordinate engagements including planning, budgeting, client coordination and timelines.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of footnote disclosures per standards and fund documents.
• Lead coordination with internal teams, clients and external auditors; communicate updates.
• Prepare regulatory reports and ensure timely regulatory submissions with global teams.
• Identify issues, investigate, and recommend solutions to the team or managers.
• Prepare engagement reports and attend meetings to share updates and knowledge.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals.
• Mentor and guide team members to strengthen knowledge areas and accomplish goals.
