Job summary

Citco is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to join our team in a hybrid role across Makati, Alabang or Clark. You will manage the preparation and coordination of financial statements and regulatory reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and auditors.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of external audit or financial reporting experience, a CPA or non-CPA background, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 4 years external audit experience, preferably in asset management or financial reporting.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Amenable to work in Makati, Alabang or Clark offices with hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements.
• Coordinate engagements including planning, budgeting, client coordination and timelines.
• Ensure accuracy and footnote disclosures per standards; review fund disclosures.
• Lead coordination with internal teams, clients and external auditors.
• Lead regulatory reporting and coordinate with global teams for timely submissions.
• Identify errors, investigate, and propose solutions to team.
• Prepare engagement reports and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Support business development and propose value-added services to clients.
