Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Manila is seeking a financial reporting professional to manage the preparation and coordination of financial statements and regulatory filings in compliance with GAAP, IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements. You will effectively manage client and auditor relationships throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 1–3 years of external audit experience or relevant financial reporting experience.
• CPAs and non-CPAs welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word).
• Amenable to work in Makati (One Ayala) or Alabang (Northgate Cyber Zone).
• Amenable to work in a hybrid setup with 2–3 days onsite per week.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules (AM or mid-shift).

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Prepare financial highlight disclosures and analyses.
• Ensure accuracy of footnote disclosures by reviewing legal documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external auditors.
• Prepare regulatory reports and coordinate with local/global teams.
• Identify issues, propose practical solutions and escalate as needed.
• Manage assigned work with guidance and suggest process improvements.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and training within the team.
