Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer/Technology-related courses.
1 year hedge funds or private equity experience, or 1–3 years in Financial Services.
Proven capacity to accurately handle financial data management, data entry, and transaction processing.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams, custodians and auditors.
Solid attention to detail for billing systems, invoices, and monthly revenue accrual reports.

Responsibilities

Prepare NAV packages in accordance with MaplesFS policies and procedures.
Liaise with global internal and external parties to facilitate transaction processing and resolve data queries.
Manage client data entry for new setups, fund closures, and client terminations; execute fee processing and prepare invoices.
Analyze operational data to complete monthly revenue accrual reports and prepare KPI/Accounts Receivable reports.
