Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Real Estate Fund Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and analysis, maintain ledgers, and prepare financial statements for private equity clients. The role requires 2+ years in real estate or private equity fund accounting, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and strong English communication.

Offering a hybrid work model (3 days onsite) at our Alabang office, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or in progress CPA designation.
• 2+ years of public/private real estate or private equity fund accounting experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting and analysis, preparing and reviewing ledgers and financial data.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes and partner allocations.
• Review fund structures, partnership agreements and related materials.
• Prepare trial balances and complex Excel-driven analyses.
• Interact with management and clients to monitor deliverables and respond to queries.
