Job summary

Meta Capital Inc Ph in Pasig/Ortigas seeks a Fund Accountant (CPA) to join the Accounting & Finance team on a full-time onsite basis. This pivotal role supports our growing brokerage business and regulatory reporting requirements in the Philippines.

You will prepare financial reports, monitor investments, calculate management and incentive fees, perform reconciliations, ensure BIR compliance, assist external audits, and mentor staff to maintain accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA license is required.
• 5–7 years of fund accounting experience in brokerage or mutual funds.
• Auditing firm experience is a plus; knowledge of banking/asset management helps.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (BIR, SRC Rules, PSE Trading Rules).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports (trial balance, income statement, partners' capital).
• Monitor investments, verify pricing, and calculate gains or losses.
• Calculate management and incentive fees; ensure proper accruals.
• Perform reconciliations (broker, custodian, bank) and assist audit.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
