Job summary

The Maples Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Associate – Fund Accounting to support NAV preparation, data integrity, and client reporting for a global fund client base. You will interface with investment managers, auditors and custodians, ensuring timely processing and accurate data across multiple teams.

Initial onsite work for three months, followed by a hybrid model with two days remote work, subject to business needs.

Qualifications

Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
Proactive, self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages per MaplesFS policies.
Ensure proprietary database is complete at client take-on.
Liaise with investment managers, prime brokers and custodians for transactions.
Respond to auditor inquiries and provide requested information.
Data entry for new client and fund setups; data management for closures and terminations.
Coordinate with global colleagues to deliver timely, accurate services.
Process fees in billing system and prepare invoices; assist with revenue reporting.

About Your New Role

Core Duties

Preparing low to medium complexity NAV packages in accordance with MaplesFS policies and procedures;
Ensure the proprietary database is completed with accurate data by the take‑on point of the client;
Liaison with internal and external parties, such as investment managers, prime brokers and custodians in relations to trading activities as required for transaction processing and NAV preparation, if required;
Liaison with auditors to provide requested information and respond to queries, if ;
Data entry for new client and fund setups
Data management for fund closures and client terminations
Liaising with other functions of the company across the globe, ensuring the company’s services are delivered timely and accurately
Fee processing management – including booking of fees in the billing system and preparation of invoices
Completion of monthly revenue accrual reports
Retrieving data and performing data analysis for management/client reporting
Preparation of Management Reporting including but not limited to KPIs, Accounts Receivable, Profitability, and other client management reporting as required.

About You

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
Proactive, self‑starter and detail‑oriented;
Good Excel skills such as Vlookup , Pivot Table.
A team player with good time management skills, positive thinking and willing to learn attitude
Ability to handle work/client deliverables with tight deadlines.
Acting in accordance with internal policies and procedures, consulting with others as appropriate;
