Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong PostgreSQL database design and multi-tenant data architecture understanding.
• Experience with React frontend development or integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization and modern frontend tooling.
• Solid understanding of application security and secure development practices.
• Proficient English communication for technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain frontend features with React, ensuring smooth backend integration.
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases with multi-tenant data segregation strategies.
• Integrate with third-party services and internal APIs to support workflows.
• Apply secure software development practices including authentication and data segregation.
• Produce clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Communicate progress and technical decisions with engineering leadership and clients.
• Work in an Agile environment with regular updates on progress and challenges.
