Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will combine backend JVM expertise with modern frontend capabilities to deliver full-stack applications using Spring Boot and React or Angular.

You will design scalable backend services, integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs, work with PostgreSQL/MySQL, and deploy in AWS or Azure, all while maintaining code quality through tests and reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proven expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework for backend services.
• Proficiency in building modern user interfaces using React or Angular.
• Strong experience in designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Java with Spring Boot and React or Angular.
• Build and optimize scalable backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Architect and manage data persistence layers using relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Implement and deploy containerized applications within AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Ensure high code quality and system reliability through rigorous unit testing and peer code reviews.
