Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep expertise with Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and microservices.
• Hands-on with Spring MVC, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with React Hooks and front-end performance optimization.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• SQL databases (SQL Server/Oracle) experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, maintainable code for new features and existing systems.
• Lead design and development of complex features across the stack.
• Translate product requirements into backend and frontend implementations.
• Write and maintain unit tests; support functional/integration testing and TDD.
• Apply SOLID principles and scalable architecture techniques.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
