Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and test complex software solutions, following best practices and architecture standards. You will design system components and contribute to end-to-end implementation.

Responsibilities include writing backend/ frontend/ mobile code, fixing defects, conducting unit tests, version control, code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering required.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong coding, testing and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Writes backend, frontend, and/or mobile code following standard practices.
• Resolves defects in code.
• Writes and conducts unit tests before QA.
• Submits and maintains source code in version control systems.
• Participates in code reviews and QA activities.
• Attends team meetings.
• Reports task status to supervisor or project lead.
• Assists junior and mid-level resources.
