Job summary

Sharesource seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer in the Philippines. You will own end-to-end features using .NET 7/8, Angular 14/15, TypeScript, MySQL, and Elasticsearch, while maintaining legacy AngularJS/Angular 8. You may also work with Ruby backends and contribute to engineering standards.

You will drive agile delivery, code reviews, and trunk-based development in a no-QA environment, mentoring peers and shaping scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack experience with C#/.NET (7+) and Angular (14+).
• Experience maintaining legacy AngularJS and Angular 8 systems.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails or Ruby backend services is a plus.
• Strong MySQL design, queries and optimization.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in agile delivery, scrum, and JIRA workflows.
• Own design, development, testing, release and support of work.
• Develop backend with C#/.NET and Ruby; frontend with Angular/TypeScript.
• Design and optimize database schemas in MySQL.
• Maintain trunk-based development and automated tests in a no-QA environment.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and engineering standard setting.
• Shape scalable architectures while supporting legacy systems.
• Leverage AI tooling to boost productivity and delivery.
• Identify improvements in tools, processes, and practices.
