Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of development experience, strong skills in .NET Core, MSSQL, Angular, and API design, and a solid track record with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a developer with 5+ years in the tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of web development, APIs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop Aon products by implementing, testing, debugging, analysing and all SDLC activities.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, devops and PMs to provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to design and architecture of digital solutions and choose suitable technologies/frameworks.
• Implement and integrate digital solutions ensuring alignment with industry standards and security protocols.
• Contribute to architecture, process and quality improvement discussions.
• Stay updated with digital technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Support production deployments and operational readiness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and learning.
• Advocate AI tools to improve software delivery throughput and quality.
