You will collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and project managers, contributing to design, architecture, and production deployments while staying current with evolving technologies and AI-assisted practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of developer experience in the tech industry.
Strong understanding of web development, APIs, and databases.
Proficiency in .NET Core 8-10 and MSSQL.
Experience with Angular and modern web UI technologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.
Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Develop Aon products by implementing, testing, debugging, analysing, reviewing and all other aspects of the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, testers, devops and project managers by providing technical expertise and guidance.
Contribute to the design & architecture of digital solutions and recommending the most suitable technologies and frameworks.
Implement and integrate digital solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols.
Contribute to architecture, process and quality improvement discussions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in digital technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization’s digital ecosystem.
Support production deployments.
Engage in ongoing professional development.
Advocate the usage of AI tools to improve software delivery throughput and quality.
