Job summary

Asiacruit BPO, Inc. in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure web applications for the Insurance & Accounting industry.

You will work across frontend and backend, building features for policy processing, claims, billing, invoicing, payments, and reporting while collaborating with product, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure performance, security, and usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, software engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proficiency with frontend JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with backend frameworks such as .NET, Spring, Django, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs and third-party systems.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with remote or international teams.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance full stack web applications for insurance and accounting operations.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces for business users and customers.
• Develop secure, scalable backend services and APIs.
• Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end software solutions.
• Develop features for policy processing, claims, billing, invoicing, and financial data management.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
