Job summary

Crisp Recruit is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for both internal roles and law firm client roles. You will manage 6+ active requisitions and drive a minimum of 4 hires per month while moving candidates through pipelines within 48 hours of intake.

You will balance candidate advocacy with Crisp’s interests, maintain accurate data in the ATS, and deliver timely, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, up to executive-level roles.
• Strong intake ownership and deep understanding of role and client needs.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to catch errors.
• Ability to operate with urgency and accountability without reminders.
• Clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Comfort managing high volume without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices (W2 vs 1099, confidentiality, basic labor law).

Responsibilities

• Own 6+ active requisitions at any time across internal Crisp roles and client law firm roles.
• Aim for a minimum of 4 unique hires per month.
• Move candidates into active pipelines within 48 hours of intake.
• Target a 21-day time-to-fill for most roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with stakeholders and clients where appropriate.
• Perform high-volume phone screens (20+ per week).
• Communicate role expectations and compensation ranges clearly to candidates.
• Maintain accurate ATS notes, stages, and documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Operations to complete paperwork on time.
• Surface risks early when roles risk delay or breakdown.
