Job summary

Tavor Perry, a US-based construction company, seeks an experienced QuickBooks Online–certified bookkeeper in the Philippines to independently manage the complete financial cycle. This senior role covers AR, AP, payroll, and collections, while also serving as the professional first point of contact for clients and subcontractors over the phone.

You will oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting, while maintaining strong client relations and HR-related admin

Qualifications

• QuickBooks Online certified with several years running full books independently at a senior/lead level.
• Strong hands-on experience across AR, AP, payroll, and collections.
• Clear, confident spoken English for client and subcontractor calls.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; comfortable using Dropbox.
• Reliable high-speed internet; able to use a US-based VPN if required.
• Willing to sign an NDA and data-privacy agreement; trustworthy with sensitive info.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online with daily/weekly categorization and data entry.
• Complete reconciliations and produce accurate financial reports.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, payouts and collections.
• Manage accounts payable and release subcontractor/vendor payments.
• Process payroll and maintain timesheet records.
• Administer and track employee time-off requests (basic HR support).
• Serve as first contact for clients/subcontractors via live phone calls (RingCentral).
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
