Job summary

Strokes Eye Beauty Studio is hiring a front desk and sales associate to join our Quezon City and Makati City teams. You will greet clients, answer questions, book appointments, and upsell services and products.

Responsibilities include maintaining client records, preparing end-of-day sales and inventory reports, monitoring supplies, and coordinating with head office. Excellent communication and a service mindset are essential; willingness to be assigned to a branch is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management.
• 1–2 years in front desk, concierge, sales or customer service roles.
• Willing to be permanently assigned at Quezon City or Makati branch.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and answer questions.
• Address client complaints and upsell services/products.
• Book client appointments and maintain records.
• Prepare end-of-day sales and inventory reports.
• Monitor branch expenses and coordinate with head office.
• Monitor store supplies and place orders as needed.
