Job summary

Marie France Bodyline International, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a customer‑focused Front Desk Officer to greet clients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain a welcoming, professional reception.

You will coordinate with therapists, process payments, support administrative tasks, and contribute to a smooth daily operation in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment. Qualifications include a 4-year degree in Hospitality or related field, at least 1 year front‑of‑house

Qualifications

• Must be a 4-year graduate of Hotel/Restaurant Management, Tourism or equivalent.
• With at least 1 year related experience as a Frontliner in the hotel industry.
• WILLING TO WORK IN (FORT, ALABANG, PASAY)
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with booking software, Microsoft Office, and basic administrative tasks.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage appointments to minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Handle inquiries and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Therapists to ensure timely service delivery.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
