Job summary

Handled is recruiting on behalf of a client in the SaaS sector for a Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst role. This is a remote, full-time position based in the Philippines.

You will support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and SaaS metrics, including MRR, ARR, churn, and customer profitability, while collaborating with stakeholders across global teams. Qualifications

• Monthly management accounts and reporting packs experience.
• Journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations experience.
• Forecasting, budgeting and cash-flow projections experience.
• Reporting SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, profitability) experience.
• Multi-currency reporting and revenue recognition support.
• Strong Excel and Xero skills; ERP experience.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Australian or US clients or businesses.

Responsibilities

• Assist management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage month-end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Analyse financial performance with budgets vs actuals and variances.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.
• Monitor KPIs, working capital and business performance trends.
• Provide clear financial insights to support decisions.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support revenue recognition, deferred revenue and multi-currency reporting.
• Track SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn and profitability.
• Improve financial controls, reporting processes and system efficiencies.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and communicate financial information clearly.
• Support audit, tax and statutory reporting requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc commercial analysis and strategic projects.
