Job summary

TechnologyAdvice is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in a remote-first environment. The role focuses on expense management, accounts payable, and exposure to procurement, taxes, reporting, and special projects. Strong accounting fundamentals and independence are required for success.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, ERP familiarity (NetSuite/QuickBooks/Salesforce), and excellent English communication. Philippines-based, with flexible night-shift hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years of related experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement activities including vendor negotiations, contract review and management.
• Support accounts payable and expense management, including reconciliations.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and financial reporting.
