Job summary

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to own day-to-day F&A operations for a U.S.-based business, working remotely from the Philippines. You will partner with the Founder/CEO, CFO consultant, and external accounting partners to ensure accurate books, reliable reporting, and disciplined cash management.

You’ll lead the monthly close, maintain financial statements, provide variance analyses, and deliver executive dashboards. The role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years FP&A or related experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close and accounting oversight.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting partner and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and expense classifications.
• Prepare monthly management reporting package for CFO/CEO including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and metrics.
• Maintain 13-week cash flow forecast and liquidity monitoring.
• Support FP&A, budgeting, and scenario analyses for business planning.
