Job summary

Delivery Hero's foodpanda unit seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and financial analysis across the regional business. You will partner with logistics, commercial and regional leadership to translate data into actionable strategies.

You will build robust financial models, manage KPIs, and mentor analysts, using advanced Excel and analytics tools to support investment decisions in a fast-paced multinational setting in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience: 3-8+ years in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting in fast-paced environments; seniority may adjust.
• Technical mastery: Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis using Tableau/SQL/Power BI.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, able to influence senior decision-makers.
• Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, ownership-driven, and capable of building processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain financial models and forecasting templates across the region.
• Monitor monthly performance with P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPI analysis; explain variances.
• Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to support investment cases and strategic decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for regional functions—logistics, commercial, operations, pricing—driving scalable processes.
• Lead cost-saving and revenue-improvement initiatives while improving finance and reporting frameworks.
