Delivery Hero's foodpanda unit seeks a Manager, FP&A (regional focus) to collaborate with regional functions across foodpanda, foodora and Yemeksepeti. You will develop robust financial models, forecast cash flow, and support strategic decision-making for the region.

This role emphasizes cross-functional partnerships, KPI tracking, and driving cost optimization while building scalable finance processes and communicating insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years in FP&A or related fields, in fast-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Tableau/SQL/Power BI for decision-making.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Forecasting & Modeling: develop and maintain financial models and forecasting templates across the region.
• Performance Analysis & KPI Management: monitor P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and non-financial metrics.
• Strategic Business Partnering: act as trusted advisor to regional leadership and translate financial data into recommendations.
• Support Regional Functions: coordinate with logistics, commercial, pricing to hit targets and optimize KPIs.
• Optimization & Value Creation: lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives and improve reporting frameworks.
